  How It All Works
HomeAbout UsContact UsProducts

The process of competitive performance analysis is not complicated.  Here's how it works:

  1. The industry determines what needs to be measured, and how frequently.
  2. The individual companies in the industry provide us with these data, usually on a monthly or weekly basis for each of their individual units (or stores).
  3. We process the information submitted and produce easy-to-interpret reports that allow each participant to see how they're performing relative to their competitors as a group.  This group of competitors is called a competitive set, and it can be defined as narrowly as other competitive units in the immediate neighborhood or as broadly as the entire industry.
  4. Because competitor information is always aggregated, a participant's confidential information is never disclosed.

It's that simple our reports are easy to interpret and provide a wealth of information that you can use to analyze and improve your operations.
